Made famous in the 1980's, this cocktail is an all time classic. Our take is made with Bulleit Bourbon whiskey blended with Angostura Bitters & a syrup made from Guinness, cacao, demerara & malt extract. This is a powerful cocktail to be sipped as the ice melts.
Pour 75ml over ice in a small tumbler. Stir gently for 30 seconds.
Add ice to a whiskey tumbler. Pour the drink over and stir for 30 seconds.
Decorate the cocktail with orange peel or an orange segment.
